Refund of Tuition Fees
Fees, including tuition, program, course, special, and other, are subject to change.
Refund of fees, if any, is calculated from the day on which a student drops or withdraws from a course or program.
If a withdrawal is not approved, the student will be liable for all assessed fees including any penalty.

If you elect to cancel your participation in any course, RealtyCourse will offer you a complete refund up until the beginning of the second session. After that, if you are unable to complete the course, you will be given a course credit valid for one year from the date of initial registration. This credit will only be valid for the registrant for a future offering of the exact same course. However, please be aware that RealtyCourse cannot provide guarantees for class repeat schedules.
If you are found to be in violation of the RealtyCourse Honour Code and academic integrity policies or Terms of Service, you will not be issued a refund or credit.
The refund table below, highlights our refund policy and applies to courses that follow the standard schedule.
Courses that fall outside the standard schedule will have different deadlines for refunds.
Withdraw prior to a session beginning:
At student option: Full refund minus $50 processing fee, or full amount credited towards future course.
Withdraw after attending one session:
At student option: Full refund minus $50 processing fee*, or full amount credited towards future course*. *All RealtyCourse materials must be returned before a refund or credit will be applied.
Withdraw after attending 2 or more sessions:
NO Refund. Full amount credited towards future course. Valid for one year from original enrollment date. Based on availability. RealtyCourse cannot provide guarantees for class repeat schedules.
